A serving unit people walk up to, and enough height around it that the queue knows where to form. Trading after dark is where the illuminated pieces earn their place.

Serving from something branded changes how a pitch reads before anyone gets close enough to see a menu. Here is what the options cost and where each one makes sense.
The Kiosk is the compact option at 1m x 1m for £346. It gives you a counter, a canopy and a printed frontage in one unit, and it suits a single trader working alone.
The Event Dome is the full booth at 2.8m x 2.8m for £1,963. It is a bigger commitment, and it is built for three or four people working at once, which is the difference between a stall and a bar.
Bar tables are the middle ground and scale by the metre: £265 for a 1m block, £420 for 2m, £581 for 3m, £740 for 4m and £921 for a 5m run. Add a printed tablecloth from £85 and a plain trestle stops looking like one.
The Glo Lantern is the one product here that lights itself. It runs on batteries and needs no mains power, which matters on a pitch where the only socket is already running your equipment. The standard is £193 and the small is £160.
The unlit Lantern is the same aerodynamic shape without the lighting, at £159 for the standard and £126 for the small. It rotates in the wind, which catches the eye in daylight.
Lanterns need a base like flags do. A quad ground spike is £30, a water bag is £9, and an indoor crossover stand is £27.
Flags either side of a serving hatch tell people where the queue forms. A telescopic flag at 0.6m x 3m is £88 single-sided, and the base is a separate £9.
At street level an A-frame pavement banner is £145 at 2m x 1m, £188 at 3m x 1m and £232 at 4m x 1m. It is weighted rather than staked, so it works on pavement where a spike will not go in.
