Before you order

Artwork questions

The things people ask before sending us a logo.

What artwork do you need from me?

Whatever you have. A logo file is enough to start. Vector artwork such as AI, EPS or PDF prints best, but send a PNG or JPG and we will tell you honestly whether it will hold up at the size we are printing.

Can you help if I do not have artwork?

Yes. Tell us on the enquiry and we will quote design time separately so you can see exactly what it costs.

When do I see what it will look like?

Before anything is printed. We lay your artwork out on the product and send it to you, and nothing goes to production until you have said yes.

How long will it take?

Seven to ten working days from the point you approve the artwork. Tell us your event date when you enquire and we will confirm timing up front.

Can I change what is in the kit?

Yes. Every kit is a starting point. Add, remove or swap anything in it and we will quote the whole thing as one job.

Running a bigger day?
