A backdrop appears in every photograph taken on your stand, so it is the piece worth measuring properly. Measure the stand you have booked before choosing, not after.
The Slimline Backdrop runs from 1.6m x 2.25m at £273, through 2.25m square at £333 and 3m x 2.25m at £365, up to 4.5m at £616 and 6m at £769. The Backdrop Banner covers similar ground from £266 at 2.25m square to £483 at 4.5m x 2.25m.
A Curved Backdrop softens a straight run and is £378 at 2.85m x 2.25m or £429 at 3.75m x 2.25m. Fabric Frames are made to your dimensions, so they are quoted per job rather than listed.
Pull ups do the heavy lifting
At £66 for the Eco at 0.8m x 2m, a pull up is the least expensive item on this page, takes seconds to put up and travels in a single tube. The Deluxe at £90 uses a heavier mechanism for a stand that gets packed and unpacked often.
Two either side of a table is the most common arrangement we quote. They also work as a temporary wall when a venue will not let you fix anything to the structure.
The table and the space around it
A fitted tablecloth at £131 turns a venue trestle into part of the stand. A half hanging cloth is £85 if the table is an odd size.
A Sample Table is a printed counter at 1m x 1m for £190, or £225 with a fabric header and £239 with a forex header if you want your name above it. The kidney bean shape is £205.
Branded director's chairs are £70 each. If you are standing for two days, that is not an indulgence.
One practical note: you cannot put a ground spike through an exhibition hall floor, so if you are taking flags, the base you need is the indoor crossover stand at £27.
Common questions
What size backdrop do I need?
Measure the booked stand first. Backdrops run from 1.6m x 2.25m up to 6m x 2.25m, so there is a size for most shell schemes. If you are between sizes, go narrower rather than wider so nothing overhangs into a neighbour.
How much is a pull up banner?
The Eco is £66 at 0.8m x 2m and the Deluxe is £90. Both are printed to your artwork and travel in a single tube, which is why most stands start with a pair.
Why is there no price on Fabric Frames?
They are made to your dimensions rather than sold in fixed sizes, so Branding Warehouse publishes no set price. Send us the size you need and we will quote it.
Can I use flags indoors?
Yes, but not with a ground spike. Ask for the indoor crossover stand at £27, which is a weighted base designed for hard floors.
How quickly can it be ready?
Seven to ten working days from artwork approval, with UK mainland delivery at £20 and VAT added at 20%. Give us your show date when you enquire and we will confirm whether it is achievable before you commit.
