Choosing a printed gazebo

The gazebo is usually the biggest printed surface a business owns. Four sizes, three frame grades and a wall system: here is how to pick between them.

Sizes, and what they suit

The 2m x 2m is £437 and suits genuinely tight pitches. The 3m x 3m is the standard event size and covers a typical market frontage: £476 for the Eco square-leg frame, £510 for the hexagonal-leg Standard and £664 for the Deluxe, which is slightly tighter at 2.8m x 2.8m.

For a double pitch, the 3m x 4.5m is £714 and the 3m x 6m is £914. One larger canopy goes up faster than two frames levelled against each other, and it prints as a single unbroken surface rather than two.

Every size arrives with the printed canopy, the frame, a carry bag, pegs and guide ropes.

Walls turn shade into a stand

Walls are add-ons rather than part of the kit, and they change what the gazebo can do. A full wall closes a side completely and gives you a branded back wall for photographs, weather and storage. A half wall closes the bottom half, counter style.

Prices follow the frame: for a 3m side, a full wall is £99 and a half wall is £65. For 4.5m it is £157 and £88, and for 6m it is £206 and £115.

Most people start with one full wall as a backdrop and add sides later as they find out which way the wind and the queue actually come from.

Aluminium, print, and bigger shade

These are anodised aluminium frames with hexagonal legs and a criss-cross truss, not steel garden frames. Lighter to carry, and the finish does not rust when the gazebo travels wet. The water resistant cover stays attached to the frame, so setup is unfold, lift, lock.

Printing is available in both UV and dye sublimation, so artwork and brand colours run across the roof, the valance and any walls.

Where you need to cover a crowd rather than a pitch, the Smart Space Shade spans 10m x 10m at £963, the standard Space Shade 12m x 12m at £1,224, and the Double Space Shade 19m x 10m at £1,999. Parasols start at £223 for 1.9m and go to £350 for 3m, though the concrete bases for those are sold separately.

Common questions

Which gazebo size should I choose?
A 3m x 3m covers a standard market frontage and is the most common choice. Go 3m x 4.5m or 3m x 6m for a double pitch, and 2m x 2m only where space is genuinely tight.
What is the difference between Eco, Standard and Deluxe?
Eco is the square-leg frame at £476. Standard is the hexagonal-leg frame at £510. Deluxe is £664 and covers a slightly smaller 2.8m x 2.8m footprint, so check the size against your pitch before assuming bigger money means bigger cover.
Do the walls come with it?
No. Walls are add-ons. For a 3m side a full wall is £99 and a half wall is £65, and larger frames have matching sizes. Buy only the sides your setup actually uses.
Is it waterproof?
The cover is water resistant rather than waterproof. It is temporary event shelter, so take it down in high winds and store it dry.
How is it printed?
UV and dye sublimation print options are available, across the roof, valance and any walls. Send us your artwork or logo and we will advise on what reads best from a distance before printing.
