Kit that gets used year after year

Open days, fairs, fundraisers and sports days tend to reuse the same handful of pieces. Buying for the year rather than one event is what makes the spend worth it.

Buy for the calendar, not the event

The same gazebo, banner and table cover work at an open day in September, a fair in December and a sports day in June. Printing the name and crest rather than the date of one event is what makes that possible.

A 3m x 3m gazebo starts at £476 for the Eco frame, £510 for the Standard and £664 for the Deluxe at 2.8m x 2.8m. All three come with the canopy, frame, carry bag, pegs and guide ropes, so there is nothing else to buy before the first event.

A 3m full wall is £99 and closes a side for weather or for photographs; a half wall is £65 and turns the front into a counter, which suits registration and sign-up desks.

Somebody has to carry it

This matters more than it sounds. A pull up banner at £66 lives in a single tube. A gazebo folds into a wheeled bag. A tablecloth is a fitted cover at £131 or a half hanging cloth at £85, and both go in a box.

Horizontal pop ups sit low and wide, which suits the front of a table or the edge of a field. They run from the Mini at 1.2m x 0.7m for £76 up to the Large at 2.7m x 1m for £149.

Branded director's chairs are £70 each and event bins start at £65. A bin sounds like an afterthought until the end of a fair.

Artwork, when nobody is a designer

Send whatever you have. We check every file by hand and tell you honestly whether a crest will print well at that size before anything goes to production, rather than printing it and hoping.

If you only have a small logo from a website, say so when you enquire. It is a common situation and usually fixable, but it is much easier to deal with before the order than after.

Flags are sold without a base: £9 for a ground spike on a field, £27 for an indoor crossover stand for a hall. Order the base at the same time.

Common questions

Can we print a school crest?
Yes. Canopies, banners and table covers are custom printed. Send the best version of the crest you have and we will tell you before printing whether it will hold up at that size.
What is the least we can spend to look organised?
A gazebo from £476, a fitted table cover at £131 and a pull up banner at £66 is the combination most groups start with. Everything else can be added later without replacing any of it.
Is it easy for volunteers to put up?
The gazebo is a pop up on an aluminium frame: unfold, lift, lock the legs. The canopy stays attached to the frame. A pull up banner takes seconds and travels in a tube.
How long does it last?
The cover is water resistant and the frame does not rust. Take it down in high wind and store it dry and it will do years of events rather than one season.
How long does an order take?
Seven to ten working days from artwork approval. UK mainland delivery is £20 and VAT is added at 20%. Tell us the date of the event when you enquire.
